Cindy Bruzzese, the Executive Director of the Vermont Ethics Network will be visiting Westview Meadows to give a presentation with information surrounding Advanced Directives in Vermont. She will be bringing with her, materials to give to participants to aid them in beginning the process for clarifying end-of-life decisions.

Feldenkrais is a type of mindful exercise designed to improve body movement and mental health. This class will be hosted by Westview Meadows and the Montpelier Area Senior Center.
